1. Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare and lash serum products.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
